Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SyncIt Music (the “Service”), operated by Jan Adamski (NIP PL5342201833), Poland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
SyncIt Music copies playlists and tracks between music streaming services you connect. Syncing is additive — we add matching tracks to the destination and do not delete tracks. Track matching is best-effort and depends on what each service exposes; we don’t guarantee that every track has a match or that matches are perfect.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Connected third-party services
To use SyncIt Music you connect third-party services such as Spotify, Google/YouTube, and other supported services we add over time. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you must have the right to access the content you sync. SyncIt Music is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those services. Their availability, rate limits, and policy changes can affect or interrupt syncing, and we’re not responsible for their acts or omissions.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access; and no use that violates a connected service’s terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. If you purchase one, fees and billing intervals are shown at checkout, paid plans are billed in advance, and charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice of price changes before they take effect.
6. Intellectual property
Your playlists and content remain yours. The SyncIt Music software, branding, and site are owned by us and protected by applicable laws; these Terms don’t grant you rights to them beyond using the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that syncing will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every track will match.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncIt Music will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, playlists, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
10. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
